How It Works
Appointments only
No walk-ins. Book a drop-off online, bring the machine in at your scheduled time, and we'll call you with a price before any work starts.
Book online
Click Book Drop-Off anywhere on the site. Pick a time, tell us what's wrong, and choose English or Spanish for confirmations. Takes about two minutes. Prefer the phone? Call (305) 203-1992.
Confirmation email
You'll get an email with your drop-off date and time. We'll also have your info on our end — no back-and-forth waiting for a reply.

Laptop? Bring the charger. Desktop? The tower is usually enough unless the monitor is the problem.
We diagnose and quote
We look at the machine and call you with a number: $149 labor plus parts for most jobs. Software-only work is just $149. We don't start until you say go.
We fix it
Software issues are often done in a day or two. If we're waiting on a part, it takes longer — we'll tell you when we know.
Pick it up
We'll let you know when it's ready. Schedule a pickup, pay what we quoted, and you're done.
Why no walk-ins?
Walk-in shops mean waiting around while a tech bounces between six machines. We'd rather know what's coming in and give yours a proper look.
Appointments mean:
- You're not sitting in a lobby
- We can estimate turnaround honestly
- Someone's actually working on your machine
