How It Works
No walk-ins. You schedule a drop-off, we look at the machine, call you with a price, and you pick it up when it's ready.
Call (305) 203-1992 or write to schedule@fixmycomputer.miami. What's wrong, what kind of computer it is if you know, and a couple times you could drop it off. "My Dell won't boot" is enough to start.
We'll reply with a drop-off slot — usually within a day or two. Once it's on the calendar, that time is yours.

Fix My Computer MiamiLaptop? Bring the charger. Desktop? Just the tower is fine unless the monitor is the problem.
After we diagnose it, you get a quote: $149 labor plus parts. If it's a software-only job, it's just $149. We don't start until you say go.
Software stuff is often done in a day or two. If we're waiting on a part, it takes longer — we'll tell you when we know.
We'll email when it's done. Schedule a pickup, pay what we quoted, take it home.
Walk-in shops mean you sit around, and the tech is splitting attention between six machines. We'd rather know what's coming in and give each one a real look.
