How It Works

Appointments only

No walk-ins. You schedule a drop-off, we look at the machine, call you with a price, and you pick it up when it's ready.

Call (305) 203-1992 or write to schedule@fixmycomputer.miami. What's wrong, what kind of computer it is if you know, and a couple times you could drop it off. "My Dell won't boot" is enough to start.

We set a time

We'll reply with a drop-off slot — usually within a day or two. Once it's on the calendar, that time is yours.

Laptop? Bring the charger. Desktop? Just the tower is fine unless the monitor is the problem.

We call you

After we diagnose it, you get a quote: $149 labor plus parts. If it's a software-only job, it's just $149. We don't start until you say go.

We fix it

Software stuff is often done in a day or two. If we're waiting on a part, it takes longer — we'll tell you when we know.

Pick it up

We'll email when it's done. Schedule a pickup, pay what we quoted, take it home.

Why no walk-ins?

Walk-in shops mean you sit around, and the tech is splitting attention between six machines. We'd rather know what's coming in and give each one a real look.

Appointments mean:

  • You're not waiting in a lobby
  • We can actually estimate turnaround
  • Someone's working on your machine, not the loudest person at the counter

What to bring

The computer

Laptop, desktop, all-in-one. For a desktop, the tower alone is usually enough.

The charger

For laptops — we need it to test. Lost yours? Tell us, we can usually still figure it out.

Your password

We need to log in to verify the fix. Not comfortable sharing it? We can set up a temp account together.
