We're a computer repair shop at 25 SE 2nd Ave. Labor runs $149 flat, plus parts if your machine needs them. Mac or PC, laptop or desktop. Drop off by appointment, we'll call you with a quote, and nothing happens until you approve it.

Data recovery isn't included. The $149 rate covers repair work. Pulling files off a dead drive is a separate thing — ask us and we'll be straight about it.

Laptops, desktops, Macs, PCs. If it runs software and it's broken, there's a good chance we can help.

Laptop Repair

Screens, hinges, batteries, charging ports, spill damage, general sluggishness. MacBooks, ThinkPads, Dells, HPs — most brands.

Desktop Repair

Home PCs, office workstations, custom builds. Power supplies, RAM, boot issues, parts that need replacing.

Mac Repair

MacBook Pro, Air, iMac, Mac mini. Same $149 labor rate — you're not paying Apple Store prices to get a screen swapped.

Virus Removal

Pop-ups, weird toolbars, machines that got slow overnight. We clean it out and make sure you're not still infected.

Slow Computer

Often it's a failing hard drive or not enough RAM. An SSD upgrade alone can make an old laptop feel new. We'll tell you if that's worth it.

Upgrades

SSD installs, RAM bumps, new batteries. Sometimes cheaper than buying a new machine.

A lot of shops charge you $99 just to open the case, then bill hourly on top of that. You don't know what you're in for until pickup.

Our labor is $149, period, for most jobs. Need a screen or a battery? We'll tell you what the part costs before we order it. You can say no and walk away.

How it works

Appointments only — for drop-off and pickup. No walk-ins.

Write to schedule@fixmycomputer.miami. Tell us what's wrong and when you could drop off. Even a vague description helps — "won't turn on" or "screen cracked" is fine.

Drop it off

Bring the machine to 25 SE 2nd Ave, Suite 500. Bring the charger if it's a laptop.

We call you back

After we look at it, you'll get a quote: $149 labor plus parts. We don't touch anything until you OK it.

Pick it up

We'll let you know when it's done. Schedule a pickup, pay what we quoted, and you're out.

$149 for labor on most repairs, plus parts. We'll give you the full number after we diagnose it. No work without your OK.
No. We're appointment-only so we're not juggling a waiting room. Email us and we'll find a drop-off time.
Yes. MacBooks, iMacs, Mac minis. Also Windows — Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, and most everything else.
Depends on the problem. Virus cleanup or a reinstall is often a day or two. If we need to order a screen or battery, it takes longer. We'll keep you posted.
That's not covered by the $149 rate. If your drive died and you need files off it, that's a different job with different pricing. Replacing the drive and reinstalling the OS is normal repair pricing.

We're downtown. Most folks drive in from nearby — doesn't matter if you're five minutes away or across the county.
