What we do
We fix computers — laptops, desktops, Macs, PCs. One machine at a time, one flat labor rate.
A lot of repair shops hit you with a diagnostic fee, then hourly billing, then a number at pickup that doesn't match what you were told. We'd rather tell you upfront: $149 for labor, plus whatever the part costs if you need one.
If a repair doesn't make sense — machine's too old, part costs more than it's worth — we'll say that too. No point throwing money at a dead end.
